   • After-sales work is carried out by our Rolex-Authorised Service Centre in Zamalek and is subject to the service documentation provided at intake (including any guarantees and exclusions).
   • Where applicable, completed services may include a brand-specific or centre-specific service guarantee; the written terms provided to you at service time prevail.

   • If you send information via forms, messaging or email, you grant us a limited licence to use, store and share it as needed to respond, operate the Site, and provide services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
