The story of GASSER began in 1975, with the vision, dedication, and passion of the late Jean-Marie Gasser. What started as a personal mission to bring world-class horology to Egypt has grown into a legacy that lives on today through the passion and leadership of his wife and daughters.

That same year, GASSER became Egypt’s first official Rolex retailer and Rolex Authorized Service Center, a pioneering milestone that laid the foundation for a partnership now spanning five decades.

EGYPT’S OLDEST ATELIER

The rich history of L’Atelier GASSER.

At the heart of our legacy is L’Atelier GASSER, the oldest watch atelier in Egypt. Established in 1975 alongside our founding as the country’s first official ROLEX retailer and Authorized Service Centre, the atelier remains a pillar of precision and trust in the world of fine watchmaking.

Today, many of our skilled watchmakers are the sons and apprentices of our original craftsmen, carrying forward techniques, values, and a deep respect for the art of horology that has been passed down through generations.
